Refund policy

Our refund policy lasts 60 days. If it's been more than 60 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return an unwanted item. Please note that shipping costs and Monk Protect delivery protection are non-refundable. To qualify for a refund, the item must be sent to us within 60 calendar days from the date of purchase. The product and its accessories (USB cable, power adapter, adapter tips) must be fully functional, in their original packaging, and placed in an additional package to ensure adequate protection against damage during the return process.

If the Somavedic device is returned without the original packaging or accessories (USB cable, power adapter, adapter tips), the refund amount will be reduced by 50 EUR.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation.
  • We will inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  • If approved, the refund will be transferred to your PayPal account or bank account (using the provided SWIFT and IBAN) within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • Double-check your bank account for the refund.
  • Contact your bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • Ensure all account details provided for the refund (SWIFT/IBAN or PayPal) are correct.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund after these steps, email us at support@somavedic.eu.

Please mark the package as: “Returned Goods” and include your contact details, invoice, and your bank account number, including SWIFT and IBAN.

As we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item, we recommend using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance for added security.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at support@somavedic.eu and we will let you know what address to send the unit to.

Somavedic devices are covered by a general warranty period of 2 years, except for LED diodes, which are covered by a 5-year warranty.

Warranty repairs are carried out by the manufacturer only. The warranty only covers material defects or functional defects, or defects arising during production. The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect handling or acts of God (e.g. lightning or earthquakes).
Furthermore, the warranty does not apply to defects caused by unprofessional and careless handling and use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.

The warranty also does not cover damage resulting from natural disasters, surges or under-voltages in the home network, as well as violent and mechanical damage to the device (e.g., due to falling) or damage showing signs of unauthorized interference with the device.

Warranty repairs or exchanges can only be processed within the active warranty period - either two years for the device or five years for the LED diodes - from the date of purchase.
